When writing fiction, it is important to be able to have a well developed plot and interesting characters that several readers (to be published) start to worry. Characters after all, can make or break a story or a novel, because if I can not do that they become credible institutions, why would anyone want to read? Writing fiction is to provide pure escapism and help the reader to be able to dive in its history so they can forget the troubles of his own existence. If you are a new writer and is considering writing fiction, you have to really think about your history is going and how you can start believing in their characters as this is a necessary element.

When writing fiction and character development, can make life easier for yourself, paying attention to the following steps:

- Know what kind of story that is written. Make sure you know exactly what will happen from beginning to end. You may find that this changes the general direction you originally planned, however, as the characters grow within the story, when it occurs, it means that the characters are starting to come to life.

- Think about the kind of characters that would be required to support the plot. Your characters also must be multifaceted. That they have some flaws or annoying habits, but also give them some positive features, including the bad guy is unlikely to be all bad. Writing fiction is a bit like playing God, you will know when they have begun to contact them because they have reservations about putting them in danger or write out your story.

- Provide a detailed history of their lives before they begin writing their history. You do not need to list all aspects of this list to your readers, but does help you as the author to know your character inside out. Thus, you can have some element of his past, which affects how they react to specific situations. This makes them human …. and credible.

- Throw some conflicts in their characters. How to cope with these difficult situations will help them develop and also help your readers to contact them. When writing fiction, you’ll find new and better ideas that will keep both your interest and your readers increasingly stronger and more influential.

Whether writing a story or a novel, some basic planning is essential as it not only helps the writer to follow the plot through the final sentence, but it helps the writer to create believable characters that are alive and kicking and this is an important part of writing fiction.

In the writing of fiction, the events are presented in strict chronological order. If you want to know what this means, please keep reading! In previous articles I have used my tongue in cheek fictional detective character Jake Bullett to help me along. Jake is difficult and gets into many troubles where things happen quickly. Let’s see a sample of what might look like: ’Jake hit and fell on the gunman, taking Jake with him. At the same time, Sally shouted ‘Look out, Jake! Jake and saw another man pulling a gun when he got free. ‘ Jake is in trouble, and so is this snippet. Yes, it’s how things happen in real life – everything happens at once – but this is not real life, it’s fiction. In any piece of fiction, short story or novel is epic – things happen at a time. It is a written agreement and certainly makes life much easier for the writer! The piece of code could be written something like this: ’Jake criticized. The gunman fell on top of Jake. Jake scrambled from under the gunman’s free. Sally shouted ‘Look out, Jake! Jake saw another man get a gun. ‘ Yes, it is wood, but is only an illustration of the chronological writing. One thing happens, then another, then another, until the sequence of events are over. If you are writing in an active way – I. e. , Things are happening now, that’s how it’s done. In this type of writing, words such as ‘while’, ‘as’, and phrases like “while” not be used. Beginners, in their efforts to realism, uses these words well: “She screamed , as the shark bit his leg. ‘Wrong. “The shark bit his leg. She screamed. Woudn’t cry because it is right before the shark bit her! Similarly, I could not write” he laughed as he fell to the ground. “Would be” The man fell to the ground. The laughed. “It is cause and effect. Let’s look at that shark again. Can the sentence, “he shouted as the shark bit his leg ‘are also written” She screamed and the shark bit his leg. ? (Well, maybe the shark bit her because she cried, but for this example, it was not. Not surprisingly sharks on my watch!). Of course, it does not sound right at all, right? This is because the two events did not occur at the same time. As I said, until the shark bit her, she had no reason to cry. So – cut = action = reaction cry. How it works and if you can remember the action of this simple rule, ‘then the reaction’ will find its active writing sequences read much better. So I do not think trying to describe the events that occur in real-world performance in fiction. Not so. Remember that something has to happen before they react. If things really have to happen at the same time, and it is important to show this fact, use “-ing ‘:” Keeping his hand firmly, Jake pulled the trigger. ‘It is a correct example, Jake’ held firm as he pulled the trigger. “The difference is subtle but important. Another point to remember when you’re in the midst of an active sequence is: do not summarize. Do not say things like, ‘Jake said Sally what had happened. ‘It is happening as it happens, one thing after another – or quit altogether. There are no tricks to writing in this style – and is a great way to write pieces of action really explosive and tense, nail biting scenes. Master the art of writing simple chronological and you will see your work improves greatly.

The desire for a writer to put words into sentences, sentences into paragraphs and paragraphs into stories is not a mechanical process. It is a force to be reckoned with. You can not create, if not on you and you can not get rid of it, if you have the bug to write. But turning our thoughts and imagination alive in solid form can be both challenging and stimulating. The style you use depends on whether you have chosen to write a fiction or nonfiction.

Before you even start writing your book, it should do some research. Do you know if the item you have in mind is hot right now? Are there similar books on the market and are selling well? A good way to find out is by reading newspapers, magazines, newsletters and magazines that cater to writers. Join writer’s groups and forums, and talk with other people in the field of writing and publishing. It is advisable to ensure you have a potential audience of his book early.

Writing fiction

Writing fiction is based on the imagination and if you have good, your story will be good. It can also be driven by plot, or based on an idea or concept. The thing to remember about walking through every aspect of fiction writing is that while his story is fantasy, which has yet to make sense.

The next thing to consider is the physical environment in its history. Must be authentic enough to be believed, and include everything from landscapes, air and perhaps even the weather. These elements could have a profound effect on the actions or moods of his characters.

For example, his story takes place during a tour of the factory, a dance hall or a spacecraft? All these evoke very different images. Then you have to ask, I want my environment to be simply a background or something stronger?

Choosing the right point of view “and” narrative voice “of his story is also very important. Writing in first person, gives the reader the impression that you are personally in their history. A third person point of view is more independent.

Time is another element that must be established. First, what time of day is it? Although you need not specifically state that it is 2 p. m. His story should indicate through other details that is mid-afternoon. Different periods of time immediately create images in the minds of readers. For example, a world of difference in 2006 between Washington and Boston in 1800.

Then, the characters in your story must be considered. They are the primary focus, rather than the plot? Who is the main character and how he writes his book to prove that this person is the most important? A good way to answer these questions is to write the character outlines. Describe not only its appearance but also their personality traits (strengths and weaknesses), personality, opinions and moods.

Your main character is that which is most affected in the history and / or plays the biggest role. He or she will have more force the action, the biggest problem, the most painful wound or try to achieve the goal more equivalent. This is the character you want your readers to know better, to perhaps identify with and care about. So, unless you are putting yourself in the story, decide which character will tell the story. This is the character “point of view ‘and the reader experience the story through the eyes of this character. It is also possible to have more than one character” point of view. ‘

Then, consider the plot or argument. How do you let the plot develop in a natural way and follow to the end? Where and when the climax occurs? Will there by point and ends as the story moves along and in what parts? If you are writing a story based on the plot, the complexity of the plot not believe the story more interesting. This, of course, have a little planning. In this case, it helps to write their game plan early.

The dialogue is a vital aspect of any written work, as we really can show the personality of your characters. It may also serve to supplement the information necessary not only that, it can be used to determine the time and place, and also to develop conflicts between characters. Whatever its purpose, written dialogue is something that can be difficult to create, if you have not done before. Do not attempt to recreate real conversations, and will probably be very boring and annoying. For example, most people do not repeat certain phrases and words like “um” “uh” or “you see. ‘

I’m sure you’ve heard the term “double talk” at some point. In the dialogue, it means that what the characters say and what they really mean are two different things. What are your characters says “between the lines” or “subtext?” This can occur when one or more of the characters really do not understand themselves or their own motivation. Showing a different side of a character through dialogue tells the reader more about him or her that if only pure and simple, she said. Learn how to write this kind of dialogue can be established that, apart from other writers.

Also, if your character has a slang or accent, do not overdo it. The dialogue also should flow, without much “he said,” she said. ‘Also, try to intersperse their conversations with the associated actions. Finally, always remember to start a new sentence every time another person speaks and put your words in quotes.

Non-Fiction

Non-fiction writing is based on reality, but not necessarily factual. This genus includes recreations of real-life stories, biographies and autobiographies of such things as books, magazines, newspapers, advertising and reference books. You could also write a how-to book. There are many out there on everything from how to lose weight, dance, find the right partner and build a birdhouse, how to improve your golf game, learn to dance, read music or improve their Internet marketing skills , start a business and even how to write.

Non-fiction also includes medical, travel, books and lots of space other texts. Obviously, the most important aspect of non-fiction writing is write what I know best. You should do your homework and become an authority in your field.

You must also have an angle or purpose. Why are you writing? To answer this question, you answer the questions: who, what, what, when and how. For example, if you’re writing about how to balance its budget, its purpose is to help people manage their finances. You must decide if it is meant for the poor, middle class or rich. What they need to know and why? When should begin their financial planning and how?

301 Moved
301 Moved

For general non-fiction writing, you must decide on the right “point of view ‘and’ narrative voice. ‘For example, if you’re writing about a personal and painful experience of your account, you may want to submit first-person . However, if you’re not ready to tell the world that was their experience, you have to write in third person. If you are writing an academic book, you may want to write in third person in the voice of a ” teacher “. If this is a book about a conspiracy, you may want to adopt a” suspicious tone. ”

Then choose your settings, that nonfiction writing must be a real place. If this is not possible, then re-create the settings as far as possible. Then establish the time element and character outlines. Again, these should be made or as close as possible. You must then decide on their characters and that is the main character. What is the plot and how important this is? It has real dialogue in his nonfiction book? If so, make sure all the words, expressions and accents are authentic in relation to the time element. Which gender their admissions book and you’re being true to his style of that genre?

Finally, while his nonfiction book is based on facts, can be as creative as a fiction writer to keep your writing from being too dry and boring. Do not be afraid of spice to your life a little, but at the same time stick to the facts.

**************************

Assuming you know what genre or category falls into his writing, there are some things to consider. You should be aware that there are certain conventions of structure, character and conversation that comes automatically with specific genres. For example, science fiction writers often use the term “faster than light travel” or “speed of light.” The science-fiction writer has to know where and how to use those words if he or she intends to use them. In mystery writing, plot usually begins with a discovery, like a dead body and ends when the mystery is solved. A great way to familiarize yourself with the conventions of their particular genre is like reading books from other writers.

The process of writing a novel can seem so overwhelming and confusing at times. When you’re writing fiction novels, there are so many elements that must be borne in mind and fit perfectly: the development of his characters, writing dialog between them, development of plot and various subplots, juggling multiple viewpoints , and the list goes on. The best way to find your way through this creative process is to start with a powerful idea, convincing that inspires you. Everything else is derived from the general idea is so important to do well.

Getting Started

In this article, I will show four simple steps to help you get an idea of the great novel. When it comes to writing a novel, to get started is the hardest part, in my opinion. Once you have an idea of the novel that inspires you and you have a good sense of where you are going, everything else will tend to fall into place.

Step 1: Decide on what you are writing

You have many options when it comes to choosing what you will write. It can be overwhelming to try to reduce things at this early stage. However, here’s a simple rule that will make the decision much easier for you: you must write what he likes to read. Here’s why:

1. Because they are so familiar with this genre or writing style, you have an advantage over other writers who are not. From his reading, has, naturally, took a good feel of how this genre should be written: the plot, lead, crisis, resolution, etc.

2. Because I like to read this novel, you’ll love the writing of this kind of novel. This will keep through the long distance, it is going to be enjoying the process of knowing and seeing the characters develop the novel. In addition, his writing reflects his enthusiasm and genuine interest in your story and your readers feel so good.

Step 2: Who will be the main character in his novel?

The next step is to decide on the basic details of your main character novel. Give them a name and decide on their gender and age, that will be enough to help you begin to imagine what they are. You want to meet the expectations of the genre that is written in the period, for example, for a children’s book, you want the main character a child.

Step 3: Here comes the crisis

Early in his novel, the lead is facing a huge crisis that turns his world upside down and start the momentum of history. Evan Marshall, a published author and literary agent, has developed some guidelines for this crisis, which are very useful:

Step 4: Setting the overall goal

Because of this crisis, the lead is forced to take action in response. They must decide to tackle this problem and set a goal to solve it. This aim will be achieved through the novel and will not be achieved until the end.

Marshall recommends that novelists adhere to the following four criteria to establish a goal that is powerful enough to engage readers want to see how everything turns out. From their perspective, their main goal should be about:
Following these four steps, you will be able to generate an idea of history as a guide for the novel that will inspire and motivate you to continue with it until you have completed your novel. This idea will guide you as you develop the details of its plot and and other elements of his story. By starting with a powerful idea, strong, is given the gift of a solid foundation to support the rest of his novel.

If you want some further guidance on what to do next, I recommend you look at the Evan Marshall integral step by step system for writing a novel attraction that keep your readers interested and engaged from first page to last.
